Booking Payment

Credit card details are required to confirm all bookings, these are held on file and nothing is charged until arrival. 

Credit card transactions incur a 2.5% surcharge.

Booking Cancellation

Cancellations made 48 hours prior to arrival date will incur no charges. Cancellations made after this time may result in the amount of one nights accommodation being charged to the credit card number held on file.

7 days cancellation applies for Public holiday bookings

Children & Infants

Child 0 -12 month are free of charge. 1 year and above is $25.00 per child per night. 

Cot available to hire at a cost of $10.00

Other Conditions

Visitors are permitted at the management’s discretion. The registered guest is responsible for the behaviour of all persons/visitors whilst on the property.

All deliberate or reckless acts that result in damage to our property and any costs associated with inappropriate behaviour resulting in loss of income to the motel, will be charged to the registered guest.
